Tell us which journey you're interested in and a little about yourself. A couple of minutes — and no payment.

We talk

Kunal reaches out personally, usually within a day or two. He shares about the journey, what's included and excluded, and our cancellation terms — then answers your questions and makes sure the journey is a real fit.

You confirm

If it's right, we raise an invoice. A 30% deposit holds your spot, with the balance due 45 days before departure.

We try to be as human and fair as possible. Our cancellation policy is simple and tied to your 45-day final payment deadline:

  • 45 or more days before departure: Full refund, minus a 3% processing fee.
  • Within 45 days of departure: If we can fill your spot from the waitlist, we'll refund you in full (minus the 3% fee). If we cannot fill it, we'll issue a 50% credit note valid for any future journey.
  • If Fallow cancels the trip: A full 100% refund is issued.

Specific requirements vary by journey and are clearly stated on each journey page.

Of course. Many of our travellers join solo, and the small group makes connection easy. We arrange twin-sharing with another solo traveller, or you can book a private room for an additional cost.

All accommodations, meals (except during transit), all activities and experiences, internal transportation from the hub city to the stay and back, guides and facilitators. Not included: travel between your home city and the hub, personal insurance, and meals during transit.

Our journeys are dry — we don't serve alcohol, and we ask travellers not to bring their own. This isn't about rules for their own sake. The experience is built around presence, clear mornings, real conversation, and being fully in the landscape. A dry trip protects all of that. If a drink is essential to your idea of a holiday, this likely isn't the right fit — and that's completely okay.

Not entirely — your room is your own, Wi-Fi included. But our common spaces follow what we call the Presence Protocol: meals, the gazebo, the bonfire, and the stillness sessions are kept phone-free by gentle agreement. Out on experiences, phones stay on airplane mode, except for photos. It's the single biggest reason people tell us they felt genuinely unplugged. Most travellers barely reach for their phones after day three.
